She was predeceased by: her father Phillip Williams; her husband Norman Eugene Phillips; her daughter Sheila Ann Jones; and her brothers, Phillip Williams, Jr., Robert Gene Williams, Jackie Ray Williams and Kenneth Wayne Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Ray Jones, Cecil Dwayne Jones, Marcillitta Annette Moore and Tina Lucille Schmigel; and her aunt Francis Caskey. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
