He is survived by: his wife Patricia Maximo; his stepdaughters, Catherine and Giovana; his son Michael Lee; his granddaughters, Adelyn, Leilani and Emmy; his father Paul Putnam Junior; his siblings, Paul Putnam III, Stacie Putnam Brown and Brenda Bogart Grabeel; his nieces and nephews, Amber McDonald, Brandi Shelton, Jessica Jester, Sydni Ryle, Gabriel Putnam, Ryder Roberts, Carter McDonald, Shane Shelton and Dylan Ryle; and his aunts, Victoria and Beverly. He is also survived by many other cousins and family.
