She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Walker Jr.; her daughter Deborah Brooks; her children-in-law, Liz Rushing and Butch Huffman; her parents, Leonard Martin and Essie Mae Box; and her sister Mozelle Greer.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Huffman, Hope Echols (Eddie Echols) and Chuck Rushing; and her grandchildren, Richard Huffman (Dawndrea), Jason Huffman (Jennifer), Angela Rogers, Jessica Brewer and Ashley Bush (Garrett Bush). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Welch Funeral Home (4619 Judson Rd, Longview, TX 75605). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
