He was predeceased by: his mother Gayla Rae Singleton; and his sister Terri Lynn Singleton. He is survived by: his father Richard Hollis Singleton; his son Zack Taylor Singleton; and his nieces, Caitlyn Kubaiko and Alyson Singleton. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter, the Humane Society, or the ASPCA in Rick's memory.
