He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Robbins and Kathryn Robbins; his wife Elizabeth; and his children, Jeffrey Robbins and Donna Pearson.

He is survived by: his son Steven Robbins; his children-in-law, Machelle and Kenneth Pearson; his grandchildren, Jarrod Jones and Victoria Pearson; his great grandchildren, Gabriella and Abigail Pearson; his brother Keith Robbins; and his sister-in-law Vonda Robbins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Terrell's memory to the Hiway 80 Rescue Mission in Longview, Texas.
