He is survived by: his daughter Natalie Holmgren; his son-in-law Jed Holmgren of Tatum; his sisters, Tammy Shipp of Hallsville and Shelley Shipp Cook (Casey Cook) of Hallsville; and his grandchildren, Jaxyn Holmgren, Harlyn Holmgren and Adalyn Holmgren. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family members, and many dear friends.
