He is survived by: his wife Vera Luther Norris of Hemphill; his children, David Norris (Stephanie) of Franklin, TN, Kalynn Fouche (Steve) of Dallas, GA and Kimberly Dodd of Bentonville, AR; his stepchildren, Don Meurer (Brandy) of San Augustine, Cathy Wells (Frank) of Decatur, TX and Amy Turner (Dean) of Providence Village, TX; and his brother Dale Norris (Sybil) of Malakoff, TX. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
