He was predeceased by : his father Terry Joe Dean; his grandparents, Bill, Virginia Dean and Dorothy Light Wooten; his uncle James Cargal; and his cousins, Michael Hutchinson and Stephanie Hutchinson Barton.

He is survived by : his mother Linda Dean Corvin (Michael); his children, Mahri Allen Dean, Paisley Brooke Dean, Charlotte Paige Dean and Jex Noah Dean; his siblings, Liz Couch (Randy) and Brian Light; his nieces and nephews, Lauren Couch, Brooke Couch, Desiree Pierce, Catherine Gifford, Emily Light, Lynsey Light, Adam Light and Adam Osha; his aunts and uncles, Ginger Kay Cargal, Cheryl Allgood (Robert), Billy Ray Dean (Brenda), William G. "Bud" Light (Kris) and Robert "Bobby" Light; his friends, Joey Fenlaw, Brandon Henson (Samantha), Brad Conaway, Kevin Conaway, Scott Ragland, Jennifer, Annebell, Fletcher Forsythe, Katie Case and Courtney Case; and also, Mary Hawthorne, Tabitha Allen, Alicia Trimble, Teri Roberts and Michael Hawthorne.
