He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, James "Jay" Pitts of Missoula, Lisa Pitts of Moffat and Stacy Head (Scott) of Lafayette, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Marley Adair, Slade Adair, Felicia Benitez, Ashley Pitts, Hannah Pitts, Abby Pitts, Jason Head, Kristen Head and Justin Head; and his niece Kim Rocha. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
