She was predeceased by : her sister Mary Joyce Downes Daw. She is survived by : her husband Baron Halverson; her brothers, Ellis "Buddy" Downes (Janice) of Conroe and Danny Downes (Gwyn) of Belton, Texas; her children, Laura Halverson Maxell (Kyle) of Cedar Springs, Lisa Halverson Butler (Sean) of Bakersfield and Craig Halverson (Jaimie) of Riverside, California; her aunt Effie; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the New Salem Baptist Church (429 County Rd 309, Lott, TX 76656).
