He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Hayslip and Helen Grist; and his daughter Megan Hayslip. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Hayslip; his daughters, Ashley Dehart, Jessica Whalen and Katelyn Hlavenka; and his grandchildren, Aiden Borden, Caleb Borden, Brecken Borden, Raegan Whalen, Avery Whalen, Ella Mae Hlavenka and Hadley Hlavenka. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
