She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Bubba" A. Smith; her daughter Linda Jo Lawler; her parents, Cluster B. Perrin and Anna Bell Crowder; her grandmother Minnie M. Strait; and her siblings, Sarah Grace Payne and Curtis G. Payne.
She is survived by: her brother Charles R. Aycock (Saralia) of Cove, Texas; and her sons, William B. Smith (Tracey) of New Caney and David A. Smith (Ramona) of Splendora, Texas. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.
