He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Aguirre and Maria Ignacia Aguirre (Gill); his former wife Rosa Palacios; his siblings, Eva Aguirre, Frances Perez and Johnny Joe Aguirre; his sister-in-law Janie Aguirre; and his great grandchildren, Ava and Lila.
He is survived by: his wife Estefana of Lubbock; his sons, Adam Aguirre, Jr. (Martha) of Lubbock, Alex Aguirre (Linda) of Lubbock and Brandon Aguirre of Lubbock; and his siblings, Tony Aguirre (Sally) of Hale Center, Santos Aguirre of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Lydia Hernandez (Frank) of Denver City and Lucia Garza (Arnulfo) of Abernathy. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
