It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberto Balderas (Lubbock, Texas), born in Donna, Texas, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his son Joseph Balderas of Nome, AK; his parents, David Balderas and Lupe Balderas of Lubbock, TX; and his siblings, Rosa Sabala of Corpus Christi, TX and David Balderas Jr. of Lockney, TX..

He is survived by : his wife Nelda; his children, Michele Robinson (Todd) of Spring, TX, Albert Jr., Salina Hargis (David) of California, MD and Chris Balderas (Anna) of Dallas, TX; and his siblings, Mario Balderas (Olga) of Plainview, TX, Yolanda Gonzalez (Noe) of Lawton, OK, Ninfa Ochoa of Lockney, TX and Blanca Rodriguez of Lubbock, TX. He is also survived by his family and grandchildren.
