She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Dvirnak and Mary Dvirnak; and her husband Charles Newton Starnes Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Charles Newton Starnes, Jr. (Susie) of Plainview, TX, Mary Starnes of Lubbock, TX and Elizabeth Starnes Mosele (Tom) of Houston, TX.; her grandchildren, Chuck, Emily, Andrea, Kathryn, John, David, Cassidy, Rebecca Alya and Aileen; her great grandchildren, Griffin, Fiona, Graham, Naile, Wolf, Rosalie, Hunter and Walker; her siblings, John, Elmer, Alick, Albert, George, Kathryn and Nadia; and her granddaughter Julia.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Venue (2202 Broadway St, Lubbock, TX 79401).
