He was predeceased by: his parents, Blake Bledsoe and Lucille Bledsoe. He is survived by: his wife Barber Sue Patterson; and his children, Chris McCandless (Suzette), Cary Saldana (Alfred) and Curtiss Bledsoe (Stacie). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, two sisters, and one brother.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Cemetery (5740 19th St, Lubbock, TX 79407). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Memorial Park (5740 19th St, Lubbock, TX 79407).
