He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Gladys Lee Foley (Carpenter); his grandsons, Caleb Heinrich and Colton Heinrich; and his siblings, Art Foley, Jimmy Foley and JoNell Levelle.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Kindle; his children, Ron Foley of Kerrville, Texas, Kelly Heinrich (Clif) of Lubbock and De'Aun Autry (Robbie) of Tahoka, Texas; his sister Billie Owens of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; and his grandchildren, Kara Jeffers (Michael), Canaan Heinrich (Myndi), D'Lea Jordan (Jamar), Chase Autry, Garret Autry, Patrick Foley and Randon Foley. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
