He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Floyd Arnold and Evelyn Jeanell Arnold; and his son Charles Stephen Arnold Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Arnold; his children, Leeja Daughtery (Chris), Daniella Johnson (Scott), Michele Arnold, Natasha Achord (Vernon) and Kimberly Arnold; his sisters, Carol Bartle (Doug) and Barbara Arnold-Banks; his grandchildren, Heather Boyer (Nick), Tiffany Hay, Amanda Hay, Monica Daughtery, Corey Daughtery, Nicholas Schramm Jr., Harley Schramm, Richard Arnold, Dylan Arnold (Hailey), Sophia Prieto, Elijah Arnold, Evelyn Arnold, Christopher D. Arnold (Sveta) and Nicholas Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Leanora Arnold, Landon Schramm, Noah Arnold and Kensleigh Arnold.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Weathersbee Ray Funeral Home (111 N McKinley Ave, Rotan, TX 79546). A burial was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Spur Cemetery.
