He was predeceased by: his parents, Fate Moore and Ruth Moore; and his siblings, David Moore, Martha Davenport and Suzanne Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Moore; his daughters, Dasha Crain (Paul Crain), Hannah Peters (Connor Crain) and Merae Moore; his brother Paul Moore (Pam Moore); and his brother-in-law Olan Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Sanders Funeral Home (1420 Main St, Lubbock, TX 79401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Christian Church (2323 Broadway St, Lubbock, TX 79401). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the West Texas State Veterans Cemetery-Lubbock (4614 E 50th St, Lubbock, TX 79403).
