He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kincer and Dorothy Kincer. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Auvie Dale Kincer, Donny Kincer and Dawnann Redding; and his stepchildren, Jeff Knowles, Carole Tuttle and Neisha Smyers. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Combest Family Memorial Chapel (2210 Broadway, Lubbock, TX 79401).
