He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Davila Ortiz; his children, John Anthony Davila and Brooke Ann Ortiz; his granddaughter Mia'Leigh Marie Davila; his parents, Ramon Ortiz and Dominga Ortiz; and his sisters, Cindy Ann Mayne (Howard), Patty Ortiz Minor (Daniel) and Terry Ann Hall. He is also survived by 4 nephews, 3 nieces, 7 great nephews and 4 great nieces.
