He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Escamilla and Santos Escamilla; his wife Mary Escamilla; and his siblings, Richard Escamilla, Lela Valverde and Maria Escamilla. He is also survived by his three children, 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, and a host of nieces and nephews.
