He was predeceased by : his parents, Juan Santos Hernandez and Maria Hernandez (Hila); his wife Elodia Hernandez; and his grandson Samson Valdonado. He is survived by : his children, Jesus Jaime Hernandez (Ana), Fernando Hernandez (Emma), Daniel Hernandez, Yolanda Roe (Clint) and Amanda March (Winfred); and his sister Rufina Oyervidez. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
