He was predeceased by: his parents, Matiana Lara and Lorenzo Salinas; his stepfather Isaac Rodriguez; and his brother Genaro Rodriguez. He is survived by: his siblings, Tules Garcia (Gilbert) of Grand Prairie, Jesus Salinas (Mary) of McAllen and Maria Gonzalez (Perfecto) of Las Milpas; his uncle Moises Lara of Shallowater; his extended family, Jerry, Polly, Stephen and Nicolas Martinez; and his aunts and uncles, Fidel, Herminia Lara, Cipriano Lara, Maria Hernandez, Socorro, Ramiro Cuellar and Gumercinda Lara. He is also survived by his 27 nieces and nephews, 40 great-nieces and great-nephews, 1 great-great nephew and 1 great-great niece.
