She was predeceased by: her son Gary Bull; her parents, Fred Howard and Annie Howard; and her siblings, Geneva Goolsby, Bobby Howard, Morris Howard, Patty Howard and Margaret Jane Howard.
She is survived by: her son Sam Bull.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Park (5740 19th St, Lubbock, TX 79416).
