He is survived by: his wife Janice Arlene Mullen; his children, Dawn Gaines of Lubbock, TX, Curtis Mullen of Paauilo and Helen Cole; his siblings, Helen Cole, Curtis Mullen of Paauilo and Dawn Gaines of Lubbock, TX; his niece Mildred Higdon; and his grandchildren, Julianne Wright, Joshua Mullen, Kayla VanAusdal, Janna Sosa, Justin Mullen and Mikkal Mullen. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
