It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen Burleson Brewer of Lubbock, Texas, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Glen Burleson Brewer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Burleson Brewer and Elsie Lee Brewer (Blessing); his wife Bertha Marie Cook; his grandchild Bobbie Michelle Brewer; and his great grandchild Cody Latham.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Rea Guettner (Anthony) of San Marcos, Thedo Burleson "Burley" (Beth) of O'Donnell and Glenda Jill Brewer (Dave Richmond) of San Marcos; his grandchildren, Anchen Gregg (Tommy), Amber Owens, Rebecca Brewer (Jessica), Bonnie Halbert (Ryan), Keiley Harrison and Rhett Harrison (Patricia); and his great grandchildren, Anthony Gilley, Austin Owens, Jada Owens, Tommie Michelle Halbert, Hattie Mae Halbert, Marley Harrison and Stevie Harrison.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Combest Family Funeral Home (2210 Broadway, Lubbock, TX 79401). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the O'Donnell Cemetery.
