He is survived by: his wife Candace Moyers; his mother Penny Moyers; his sisters, Jennifer Banks and Julie San Miguel; his stepchildren, Heather Lamm, Leala Lamm, Shelby Guerrero, Christopher Acker, Bridgett Scott, Allison Scott, Emilly Scott, Bryan Scott, Elizabeth Acker, Tala Acker, Allysa Covington and Austin Covington; his grandchildren, Legend Scott, Shay Jackson, Madi Jackson, Londyn Jackson, Kimbrah Reyes, Laylay Reyes, Kaison Reyes, Ashlyn Acker, Nevaeh Acker, Amber Hernandez, James Guerrero, Richard Lamm, Abigail Lamm, Austin Covington and Allysa Barnes; and his nieces and nephews, Schuyler, Bradlee, Luis III, Dominic, Levi, Marissa and Isaiah.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sanders Funeral Home (1420 Main St, Lubbock, TX 79401). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sanders Memorial Chapel (1420 Main St, Lubbock, TX 79401).
