He is survived by: his daughters, Tara, Tillneal and Tatum; and his brothers, Ray Page (Shirley) of Atoka, OK and Dicky Page (Linda) of Atoka, OK. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
