He is survived by: his wife Consuelo Castillo; his children, Geronimo Diaz (Angie), Veronica Diaz (Damian Lopez), Angelica Diaz (Amiel Alcozer) and Alejandro Diaz (Tonya); and his siblings, Ana, Yolanda, Ignacio, Beatrice, Lupe, Patricia, Francisco, Hilda, Sandra, Damian, Vicky and Claudia. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and two great-grandchild.
