He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel B. Diaz and Paula Andrade; and his siblings, Teresa Diaz, Daniel Diaz, Jr., Juan Diaz, Joe Diaz, Ricky Diaz, Lilly Bustos and Frances Diaz.
He is survived by: his wife Isabel Diaz; his daughter Jessica Diaz; his siblings, Guadalupe A. Diaz, Donna Rangel, Angelita Carrillo and Sandra Perez; and his grandchildren, Alexandra Diaz, Isabella Hernandez, Sebastian Hernandez and Esmeralda Perez.
