We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2025, at the age of 67, John Edward Marlowe Gardner of Lubbock, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Gardner and Jane Gardner (Hamson); and his brothers, Roger and Richard. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gardner; his children, Nichole Gardner, Chris Wisely, Jordan Gardner, Robert Wisely, John Wisely, Matt Gardner, Kaylynn Gardner-Powell, Jacob Gardner and Rebekah Gardner; and his siblings, Robert, Jill, Roy, Tom and Susan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lubbock Cemetery (2011 E 31st St, Lubbock, TX 79404).
