He was predeceased by : his parents, Afton Isaacs and Delphia Elizabeth Isaacs (Pryor); his wife Margaret Isaacs; and his sons, Billy and David Isaacs.
He is survived by : his children, Vicky Hoeffner (Travis) of Lubbock, Elizabeth Miller of Oklahoma, Bryan Everheart of Dallas and Linda Perkins of Lubbock; and his sisters, Bonnie Gray of Colorado and Darlene Adams of Texas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
