He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his children, Dinah Palos, Jose Gordo Palos, Alexandria Palos, Ethan Palos and Jay'Lee Palos; and his father Jose Angel Palos. He is also survived by siblings; and several extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the House of Angels Funeral Home (1928 34th St, Lubbock, TX 79411). A rosary was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Terrace Cemetery (1280 US-380, Post, TX 79356).
