She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Lester and Mabel Aven; her forever love Houston Carson; and her son Carl Dean Carson. She is survived by: her husband Carl Houston Carson; her children, Louise Carson (Richard), Gene Carson (Bonnie) and Resa Carson (Jill); and her daughter-in-law Terrie Carson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and even a few great-great-grandchildren.
