She was predeceased by: her mother Thelma Meltzer; her brother Don Parker; and her husband Carl F. Brown. She is survived by: her sons, Carl D. of Angel Fire, NM and Derrick Brown (Dawn) of Lubbock, TX; her grandchildren, Chase, Bailee, Gloria, Lacey and Dillon; and her great grandchild Ellie Kay.
