He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Rocap and Janice Rocap; and his siblings, Pem Rocap and Donna Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Rocap; his children, Bruce Rocap and Sarah Sudduth; his granddaughters, Madeline Sudduth and Georgia Rocap; and his sister Beth Voss.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Lakeridge United Methodist Church (4701 82nd St, Lubbock, TX 79424).
