He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Haley Valdez (JD Valdez); his former spouses, Janet Yost Sheats and Shanda Sheats Stiles of Santa Fe; and his grandsons, William Morris (Tallia) of Fort Worth, Clark Edward (Hannah) of Fort Worth and Patrick Thomas (Mia) of Fort Worth.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Church (7002 Canton Ave, Lubbock, TX 79413).
