She was predeceased by: her birth mother Evalyn Scott; her former husband Gerald C. Bevers, Sr.; her parents, Roy Moore and Tommie Moore; and her son-in-law Bill Murphy.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Alice Drake, Barton Scott (Elnora) and Miller Scott (Marian); her children, Gerald Bevers (Kim), Sherry Mead and Kathy Murphy; her grandchildren, Padraic Murphy, Haley Bevers and Clayton Bevers; Katherine Bevers and Caroline Bevers.
Memorial donations can be made to the Gerald C. Bevers Sr. Endowed Scholarship Fund at The Center for Students in Addiction Recovery.
