With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ramona Quick of Lubbock, Texas, born in Louise, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2024 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Fowler and Lulu Bell Fowler (Rogers); her husband Avery Quick; her children, Mildred Esch, Carolyn Kindle, Buddy Quick, Billy Quick and Jessie Quick; her grandchildren, Jonathan "Wongo" Kindle, Keith Kindle and Ramona Bernice Bland; and her great grandchild Kendall Carter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Roe (Cameron Morgan) and Linda Goodwin of Lubbock, Texas; and her brother Robert Fowler of Cassville, Missouri. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
