He was predeceased by: his father Juan Vibian Gutierrez, Sr.; his uncle Luis Gutierrez; and his aunt Angie Sanchez. He is survived by: his mother Petrita Zapata Gutierrez (Zapata) of Lubbock; and his siblings, David Zapata of Lubbock, Juan Vibian Gutierrez, Jr. of Lubbock, Ermalinda Puga of Lubbock and Jose A. Gutierrez of Lubbock. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Venue (2202 Broadway St, Lubbock, TX 79401). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
