Rex Barbour Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2025, at the age of 70, Rex Barbour (Lubbock, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Rex is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Rex's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Barbour and Margaret Barbour. He is survived by: his wife Dana Barbour of Lubbock, TX; his children, Bryan Barbour (Kelsey) of Lubbock, TX and Brandi Barbour (Julie David) of Lewisville, TX; his grandchildren, Cooper, Brylee and Elizabeth; and his sisters, Martha Upton (Richard) of Amarillo, TX and Carol Keadle (Larry) of Amarillo, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Raintree Christian Church (3601 82nd St, Lubbock, TX 79423).
