With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert Diaz of Lubbock, Texas, born in Lamesa, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Robert left this world on December 4, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mercedes Diaz and Ysidra Diaz; his sister Ester Martinez; and his grandson Frankie Tello. He is survived by: his children, Richard Diaz (Veronica), Cheryl Diaz and Pauline Diaz; his siblings, Ernest Diaz (Janie) and Ernestina Billings; and his grandchildren, Jessica Willis (Jack), Brandi Garcia (Dale), Robert Anthony Diaz, Kassandra Garcia, Thomas Garcia and Maribel Diaz. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Agape Funeral Chapel (6625 19th St #103, Lubbock, TX 79407).
