We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Rodney Rogers (Lubbock, Texas), born in Douglas, Wyoming. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roscoe Rogers and Erma Rogers; his wife Debra; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Lauren Rogers; his daughter Lindsey; his son-in-law John Harlan; his sisters, Patricia Rogers and Linda Seely; and his grandchildren, Bree, Emie, Maddie, Liam and Cole.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Children's Home of Lubbock.

“Rodney is gone from our sight but, not from our hearts or memory. I know he is heaven now without his worldly cares and troubles. He is free and in God's arms now. We talked on July 1 where we would probably meet again. He and his brothers got to come to a Nebraska in the summer time for fun and to learn a little about farming. My prayers are with you, Debra and your whole family.”

“In loving memory of Rodney Rogers, Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts. Rodney was our first Cousin and he, along with his Brothers, spent some summers in Nebraska with our Father, Chris Harrifeld. They each developed a caring relationship that extended well into adulthood. Rodney was the type of person that like to tease Chris and Chris loved the attention. I think they are harassing each other, only in Heaven.”
