He was predeceased by : his parents, Ramon Flores and Graviela Briseno; and his brothers, Claudio Veliz, Erasmo Amaya and Fidel Flores.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Flores; his children, Rogelio H. Flores, Jr. (Roni) and Danielle Davis (Justin); his grandchildren, Keeton Champion, K'Lee Flores, Jacob Davis and Aaron Davis; his great grandchild Kai James Champion; and his sister Adeliada Arguijo (Ubaldo).

A rosary was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial (6025 82nd St, Lubbock, TX 79424). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Memories Cemetery - Menard.
