He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel Ochoa and Eloisa Ochoa (Rodriguez); his son Rudy Ochoa; and his siblings, Carmelita Martinez, Cruzita Garcia, Beatrice Valdez and Paul Ochoa.
He is survived by: his wife Belinda Ochoa; his children, Michelle Ochoa, Danny Ochoa, Theresa Ochoa, Barbara Ramos, Betty Lasolla (David), Brenda Ramos and Dominga Ochoa; and his brothers, Ignacio Ochoa (Adela), Mike Ochoa (Dora) and George Ochoa (Janet). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
