She was predeceased by: her parents, George Moore Scott and Martha Elizabeth Scott (Hood); her daughters, Karen Sue Quattlebaum and Peggy Gayle Lopez; her siblings, Melvin Ross Scott, John Vernell Scott, Hular Scott Geyer, Lulamae Scott Baker, James Kelly Scott and Albertie Scott Rogers; her stepdaughter Patricia Taylor; and her grandchildren, Kevin Lee Cogburn and Karen Sue Ellis.
She is survived by: her spouse Junia Fipps; her children, Joyce Elaine Sims of Lubbock, Jerry Dean Quattlebaum of Lubbock and Dennis Ray Quattlebaum of Lubbock; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Lynn Bates of Conroe, Korena Kaye Quattlebaum of Lubbock, Ruoal Alejandro Lopez of Sammamish, Marc Ray Quattlebaum of Lubbock and Ysidro Alberto Lopez of Taft, California..
