She was predeceased by: her father Mickey V. Ham. She is survived by: her mother Pat Ham; her sons, Kade Calhoun and Kolby Calhoun; her sister Michaela Hendley (Jeff); her sibling's children, Halston Coleman (Ryan) and Chase Hendley (Brianna); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Harper, Ellison and Norah; her cousin Sharon Lee; and her friends, Donna Bilbrey and Karen Hunt.
