It is with sadness that the passing of Suzanne Stephens of Lubbock, Texas is shared. Suzanne, born on August 31, 1939, passed away on October 11, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Suzanne Stephens to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kyle Ratisseau and Edna Ratisseau; her daughter Lynda Lea; her husband Carroll Stephens; and her brother Ronald Ratisseau.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolanne Purtell (Jim) of Lubbock; her grandchildren, Adam Purtell (Danae) of Lubbock and Allison Henson (Josh) of Dallas; and her siblings, Diane Cadenhead of Dallas and Wayne Ratisseau of Horseshoe Bay. She is also survived by her seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial (6025 82nd St, Lubbock, TX 79424). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Gahmy would like donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Dell Children's Hospital, Lubbock Meals on Wheels, or charity of your choice.
