He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Magness and Mae Magness; and his brother Freddy Magness. He is survived by: his wife June Hensley; his children, Kirk Magness (Shelly) of Odessa, Texas, Kim Alles (Gary) of Evansville, Kristi Spearman (Monte) of Johnstown and Karen Will (Jim) of Windsor, Colorodo; and his sister Jo Lackey of Amarillo, Texas. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; and his eleven great-grandchildren.
